One suspect arrested, three others sought after armed robbery

Windsor police officers have arrested one suspect wanted in connection with last weekend’s armed robbery in East Windsor.

Police are still looking for three more suspects.

On Jan. 2, officers arrested 37-year-old Joseph Talbot in the 1000 block of Pillette Road. He has been charged with robbery and assault with a weapon.
