His correct name appears to be Ayyanki Venkata Ramanayya. See this reference.[1] Dr. Rajasekhar A. 16:22, 24 September 2009 (UTC)
His name is phonically spelled in different ways in English. Therefore, this means that neither versions of his name are incorrect. References use both 'Ayyanki Venkata Ramanayya' and 'Iyyanki' Venkata Ramanayya. 'Ramanayya' may also be spelled 'Ramanaiah'. However, these pages should be merged to prevent confusion, and an explanation of the different versions of his name should be created within the newly merged page. I have merged the two articles. I don't know what happened. The photograph is not visible now. Can somebody correct the mistakes and make the photo visible again.Dr. Rajasekhar A. 09:44, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
