If you are unable to complete a move for technical reasons, you can request technical help below. This is the correct method if you tried to move a page, but you got an error message saying something like "You do not have permission to move this page, for the following reasons:..." or "The/This page could not be moved, for the following reason:..."

• To list a technical request: the Uncontroversial technical requests subsection and insert the following code at the bottom of the list, filling in pages and reason:

  This will automatically insert a bullet and include your signature. Please do not edit the article's talk page.
• If you object to a proposal listed in the uncontroversial technical requests section, please move the request to the Contested technical requests section, append a note on the request elaborating on why, and sign with ~~~~. Consider pinging the requester to let them know about the objection.
• If your technical request is contested, or if a contested request is left untouched without reply, create a requested move on the article talk and remove the request from the section here. The fastest and easiest way is to click the "discuss" button at the request, save the talk page, and remove the entry on this page.

  I don’t think so. Since my request is uncontroversial and this is not the appropriate place for a merger proposal, and considering that the article is notable enough to be retained, as evidenced by similar articles see Category:United Nations Military Observers, I will continue to work on expanding and improving the newly started article to meet the required standards. Additionally the two articles cover different topics: one is about UN mediation of disputes, while the other is about an active military observer group.   @Ainty Painty I brought it up because the United Nations Military Observer Group in India and Pakistan article used to exist, but there was an unanswered talk page proposal by Kautilya3 at Talk:UN_mediation_of_the_Kashmir_dispute#Page_title to move it to UN mediation of the Kashmir dispute, where it has remained stable for 7 years. That's why United Nations Military Observer Group in India and Pakistan redirected to the "UN mediation" page until your recent change. Given the silent consensus, splitting off the Observer Group and usurping the previous title of the UN mediation page is not uncontroversial. --Ahecht (TALK

@Crear2000: All of the English sources in the article (both official and independent) use St. Joseph Cathedral or variations on that. Is there some discussion you can point to that Philippine cathedrals should be named "[City] Cathedral" regardless of their WP:COMMONNAME in English sources? • Roar (vocalization) (currently a redirect to Roar) → Roar (move · discuss) – This follows advice from the Teahouse, but I'll prepare a full RM nomination if this gets declined. This move would also involve moving Roar to Roar (disambiguation). I don't want to contribute to the backlog and using my best judgment, I don't think there will be opposition to this move.
