Perfect Marriage Revenge (완벽한 결혼의 정석, 完璧한 結婚의 定石, Wanbyeokan gyeolhonui jeongseok) is a romance Webtoon Original original work by Yibambe and adapted by so young and art by Jerryball; it concluded on February 17, 2024. The original Korean Webtoon premiered on Naver and concluded on November 22, 2023.
The series is based on a web novel (English, App-only, Chapter 1) by the same name created by Yibambe and illustrated by Maximum.
There is a drama adaptation of the series.
Synopsis[]
Iju Han isn’t sure where her life went wrong. Once the heiress to a wealthy business magnate, she’s now an ordinary housewife whose main concerns are her nagging in-laws and household chores. Things take a much more tragic turn, however, when she finds her husband confessing his love to her stepsister. Devastated, she runs away, only to be hit by a car and killed. But when she opens her eyes, she finds that she’s awakened a year ago in the past, before her life went awry. Given a second chance at life, Iju vows revenge, determined to take back all that she’s lost.

Iju Han[]
The protagonist of the series. She used to be heiress to her adoptive rather’s retail company, but it went to her stepsister, Yura, instead, demoting her to a housewife at the mercy of her obnoxious in-laws. On her birthday, she overhears her husband, Sehyeok, confess his love to Yura and his plans to divorce Iju for her. Heartbroken, Iju runs into traffic and is struck by a car. After dying, she somehow miraculously wakes up a year ago, before her wedding to Sehyeok. Determined to take back her life and take revenge on everyone who wronged her, Iju brutally dumps Sehyeok and gets engaged to Doguk Seo, the man Yura wants for herself, in a marriage of convenience. On the way, however, she starts falling in love with Doguk for real.
Doguk Seo[]
The secondary protagonist of the series. He fell in love with Iju in the original future. He is the one that accidentally hit her with his car and caused her death before dying himself seconds later by another car crashing into his. He wakes up a year ago on the same day as Iju with all his memories of the original future. Later, he finds out Iju broke up with her fiancé and has demanded a date with her, which he happily accepts. They agree to a secret marriage of convenience. Despite knowing that she only wants to be with him fir revenge, Doguk is determined to get Iju to fall in love with him for real.
Yura Han[]
The antagonist of the series, and Iju’s stepsister. Yura has spent her whole life deliberating upstaging Iju, her and her mother plotting to steal Iju’s inheritance from her for Yura. Yura seems to thrive on Iju’s misery, coaxing Sehyeok to marry Iju knowing he held no romantic feelings for the latter to trap her in a loveless marriage. In the original future, she succeeds, but when Iju is brought back to the past, she dumps Sehyeok and gets engaged to Doguk, knowing that Yura wanted to marry him. Yura is angered and jealous and tries to sabotage Iju’s engagement, but keeps failing.
Sehyeok Jeong[]
Iju’s ex-fiance, husband in the original future, and a minor antagonist in the series. He is in love with Yura, who was aware of this coaxed him to marry Iju ti trap her in a miserable marriage. He agreed, and succeeded in seducing and marrying Iju in the original future. However, after a year, he declares his love for Yura to her and promises to divorce Iju for her. Iju overhears this, and runs into traffic and is killed. When she is sent back to the past, she cruelly dumps him in public and gets engaged to Doguk Seo, who Yura wants to marry. Yura convinces Sehyeok to try to win Iju back, but he keeps failing.
