For the 3rd consecutive year, Personal Democracy Forum will gather internet thinkers and doers to open Futur en Seine, with a full day of discussing a new digital revolution.
The internet continuously offers new opportunities for growth, education and culture. It's a democratic network open to all citizens. But its promises can only be realized if its benefits are shared by everyone.
After more than a decade of using of the Internet, it is time to consider the remaining obstacles to a digital society, as well as who's being left out.
