Congressman Charles K. Djou (HI-01) has selected local attorney Irene Anzai as a 2010 Angel in AdoptionTM for her support of adopted children and their families. The Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute (CCAI), which organizes the Angels in Adoption� program, will honor Anzai and other Angels at an awards ceremony and gala event on October 6, 2010 in Washington, DC. Congressman Djou will present the actual award to Anzai at a local ceremony on October 15
