Legitimate Interests.

Generally, the remainder of the processing of Personal Information we perform is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interest, for example, for legal compliance purposes, security purposes, or to maintain ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of Victoria Metrics’ systems and Services.

6. VICTORIA METRICS POLICY

6.1 Policy.

We will not sell or share (as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act) your Personal Information to any third party for their use without your consent.

6.2 Behavioral-Based Advertising.

We do not participate in behavioral-based advertising also known as Cross-context behavioral advertising.

Some web browsers and devices permit you to broadcast a preference that you not be “tracked” online. At this time, we do not modify your experience based upon whether such a signal is broadcast.
