Via Inn Prime Akasaka Tokyo

We stayed at Via Inn Prime Akasaka and got great value for our money. The room was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient, with three train stations nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff, especially Rhonda, went above and beyond to help us when we were sick. We couldn't have asked for better service.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

The staff at the front desk are friendly and welcoming, providing a warm atmosphere for guests. The rooms are adequately sized for single travelers and come with amenities such as clean towels, PJ, and slippers provided daily. The public bath is a nice feature for those who enjoy this type of relaxation.

While the hotel offers a public bath, some guests have mentioned that it can become crowded during peak hours, making it difficult to find a shower booth.

I loved my recent stay at Via Inn in Akasaka. The location was fantastic, with multiple subway stations within walking distance. Having a 7/11 right below the hotel was so convenient. The rooms, although small, were cozy and impeccably clean. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with its quality and variety of food. The hotel itself was modern and well-maintained. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as limited luggage space and occasionally buggy key cards, I would highly recommend this hotel. my experience at Via Inn was excellent.
