improvements, part 2

i'll keep you all updated on new builds via these devlogs.

this batch changed a few things:

✱ Draft card added (possible to combo with Plus cards)
✱ Skip turn button added
✱ reduced enemy HP
✱ cards now scroll if you have more than 7
✱ fixed hitboxes for raised cards
