Swansea City slipped to a disappointing defeat at the hands of struggling Hull City at the MKM Stadium on Saturday.

Joao Pedro handed the hosts a deserved lead just after half an hour before Harry Darling headed home an equaliser.

But substitute Mason Burstow wrapped up the points for the hosts 10 minutes from time by curling an unstoppable effort into the net.

Here's how the Swansea players rated on the day.

Lawrence Vigouroux 5

Arguably should have done better for the first goal. Not much he could have done for the second, but both distribution and handling were lacking for most of the afternoon.

Josh Key 6

Did okay defensively, but didn't really have much of an impact at the other end.

Harry Darling 7 - STAR MAN

Took his goal really well. Made a number of really important contributions at the back too.

Ben Cabango 7

Made some really good interventions defensively. Unlucky not to score in the second half after being denied by the post.

Josh Tymon 7

Made a number of really good crosses all afternoon. Deserved his assist.

Jay Fulton 5

Made some decent passes at times, by was often bypassed too easily in the middle of the park. Arguably didn't do enough in the build-up for first goal.

Matt Grimes (c) 4

One of his poorest games for some time. Similarly evaporated in build-up to first goal and was unusually sloppy in possession all day. Nearly gave away a goal after the break after a misplaced pass.

Eom Jisung 5

Still just looks a little rusty. Had the right ideas, but the execution just wasn't there. Was too careless in possession too at times. Subbed.

Liam Cullen 5

Quiet outing by his recent standards. Headed wide late on.

Myles Peart-Harris 5

Sloppy in possession on occasion, and couldn't quite make it happen in the final third.

Zan Vipotnik 5

Was given some really good service from Tymon for most of the afternoon, but didn't really make the most of it. Subbed.

Subs:

Florian Biacnhini (on for Vipotnik 64) - Didn't offer much more than the man he replaced - 5

Ronald (on for Eom 64) - Had a shot blocked but that was about it - 5
