The Multi-Generational Workplace (Q0730)
Live online session
Class content will be delivered via live online Zoom session(s)and supplemental material.
Description:
There’s a challenge at work — beyond changing technology, competing priorities, and shrinking budgets. At no other time in history have as many different generations been asked to work together as in today’s workplace. Participants in this highly experiential course learn how to best motivate, manage, and work effectively with staff from each generation and understand the importance of developing multigenerational strategies in the workplace (e.g., with recruitment, orientation, retention, and succession planning) and including multigenerational perspectives to increase a sense of belonging in workplace processes and policies.
