Description:
This introductory course provides a flexible model of project management that works well with simple, short projects and longer, more complex ones. Focusing on types of projects encountered at the UW, and your current challenges for real-time application, content covers core concepts and terminology, the project life cycle, and activities associated with each. Understand how to use helpful tools and techniques for successful project management and gain practical tips for working with cross-functional project teams.
