The FCon Chief Executive Officer is the main villain of TRON 2.0, possibly TRON 2.0: Killer App and the person responsible for the unfriendly merger of ENCOM and FCon. Though it is never revealed who the CEO really is, it is suggested that Ed Dillinger may be the person behind the camera.
