Asheville – Citizens Evoked Section 3 Section 3 of the NC Constitution to abolish the current school board, and declared that the Board is not authorized to practice medicine.
As a consequence of last week’s school board meeting, approximately 100 concerned citizens gathered together on August 12 with the Ceradini Law Firm (Raleigh) to hold the Buncombe School Board (and its individual members) responsible for what many would say were illegal actions at the last school board meeting on August 5.
As the Tribune noted in last week’s article, legal battles appear inevitable.
