this was made for the #NBHjam 2020 and was my first attempt at a twine project; an experiment and a challenge to myself to finish something and put it out there, however small and imperfect.

it was also written in memory of my grandfather. we lost him the year before Covid, and my grief collided with the sudden collective grief of that first pandemic year in complicated ways. alongside that, the unexpected lifeline of connecting over food, remotely, with both friends and internet strangers.
