Proximity to Harvard University is unbeatable.

My room wasn't ready until 5 pm, which was quite frustrating considering I had communicated my arrival time. The air conditioning system was a real letdown, overriding my comfortable sleep preference. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was surprisingly low, making for an unsatisfactory experience overall.

Heaps of character, but the room was smaller and darker than I wanted. Chur to the friendly staff! Perfect spot for exploring near Harvard.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a 10-minute walk to Harvard. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I even got early check-in, making my arrival stress-free. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a great view and a comfy bed. Don’t miss the chance to relax in the inviting bar area, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

However, the bathroom layout was a bit cramped, and the blinds were a hassle to open and close. Additionally, some areas of the hotel felt like they could use a refresh to match the overall vibe. I also didn't dine in the restaurant, as it was under renovation during my stay, which was disappointing.

Amazing comfy beds with lots of pillows. The room had a nice seating area, TV, and good air conditioning. Also enjoyed the fitness centre. The bathroom had good toiletries and a private shower. Elevators made it easy to get around. The staff were helpful about early check-in. Good location near Harvard Square for walking.

It was just a strong match for a city break in Cambridge with fantastic value for money. The friendly staff made my mornings enjoyable, especially during breakfast when they were very accommodating with requests. Make sure to explore the nearby shops and restaurants for a local experience.

I stayed for 2 nights at the Sheraton Commander Hotel while attending a seminar at Harvard. The best part was the breakfast staff—super friendly and welcoming. I also liked that I could order smaller dishes à la carte instead of having to pay for the full continental breakfast.
