Our Story

I am often asked about the name Thyme & Place Design and where it came from. It is a very simple story and I am always happy to share.

After a very successful career with an area design/build firm, I realized the changing structure of the company was moving away from the one-to-one design process that I loved. The focus of ensuring the ultimate client experience, from design phase through installation, was shifting.

My passion has always been collaborating with my client to design warm, inspired spaces for their family. Creating homes which balanced health, wellness, function and beauty has really been my calling. I realized it was “time” to have my own “place” to put my vision to work, and so Thyme & Place Design was born. I am happy to say my team and I have been Creating Thymeless Luxury for kitchen, bath and home since 2002.

My dedicated team of construction professionals work in collaboration on each of our projects.

Together we work to bring the highest level of craftsmanship, quality and integrity to ensure your complete satisfaction with your remodel. We carefully schedule each project individually, so we are with you every step of the way, from our first meeting to project completion.

Our cabinets are custom built right here in the USA, by companies committed to building the best product with the finest materials available.

My award-winning designs have been featured in multiple magazines, industry publications and on television. That’s nice affirmation, to be sure.
