Start the new year by embracing meaningful, lasting change! Habits are the cornerstone of health and wellness, and there’s no better time to build yours. Join The Whole U’s Dare to Do program starting Monday, January 13!

Why focus on habits? Because small, consistent actions have the power to create big, sustainable results. Habits act as the foundation for achieving our goals and help turn intentions into lasting behaviors. When we align our routines with our values and long-term objectives, we’re not only more likely to stay on track but also to build a life that reflects what matters most to us.

By focusing on habits, we can create positive changes that shine through all areas of our well-being—physical, mental and emotional—leading to a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Habit building focuses areas:

Fitness: Boost your energy and physical health

Nutrition: Make smart choices that fuel your body

Connection: Foster meaningful relationships and build community

Financial Wellness: Cultivate better money habits for peace of mind

Creativity: Unlock new ways to explore and express yourself

Mental Health: Build resilience, reduce stress and enhance your outlook

Still unsure about participating? Hear what people had to say about our 2024 New Years program.

“This was a great incentive and reminders to get my fitness back on track. I loved the variety of options and timing of events that allowed me to pick and choose what worked in my schedule and was of interest to me.”

“This was perfect timing to help me improve on a few areas of my life. I have truly embraced a more sustainable diet and exercise program along with adding time for meditation. I enjoyed the weekly emails to encourage me to look at other aspects of my life that I could tweak and not feel overwhelmed with big changes versus small sustainable changes.”

“For me, motivation is key. I need a reliable ‘push’ in the right direction if I am going to improve. The WholeU program is the best kind motivation!”

“Thank you for helping me to kick 2024 off with overall good mental, physical health and community building.”

Thank you our sponsors, BECU and AT&T for sponsoring The Whole U and making Dare to Do 2025 possible.
