Oreo Milkshake Recipe – A super easy milkshake made with vanilla ice cream, milk, and Oreo cookies! This sweet treat is a hit with the whole family on a hot day!
I guess you could say that we’re “celebrating” back to school starting next week with these delicious Oreo milkshakes. Although, I don’t know that the kids are actually all that excited, about school that is! They absolutely LOVE these cookie shakes, and they were a welcome treat on a hot summer day!
How To Make an Oreo Milkshake:
Making these Oreo shakes couldn’t be easier! You simply combine vanilla ice cream, milk of your choice, and a few Oreo cookies. Then, blend until your desired consistency is reached!
If you want your shakes to have a few chunks of cookie, then just pulse a few times in the blender. If you want them mostly smooth, just blend a little more!
Completely optional but if you really love vanilla flavor, you can add 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract to this recipe. If you are a major chocolate fiend then you can use chocolate ice cream, or add chocolate syrup into the mix!
This recipe serves two as shown above in large soda fountain type glasses. You can double the recipe for four people, or cut in half if you just want to make an Oreo milkshake for one!
Enjoy!
