Qin, designated prisoner X-Six-Nine-Eleven after being arrested by the New Republic, was a male Twi'lek and an old enemy of The Mandalorian.

Qin was aggressive and had a similarly playful attitude to his sister Xi'an, who it was shown he didn't care much for when he left her for dead on the prison ship. He seemed to enjoy playing mind games, using The Mandalorian's honor and sense of duty against him.
