- Kaycee & Kenny were removed from the game prior to the "Bolas for Blood" challenge for unknown reasons. However, in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Kaycee revealed that she and Kenny tested positive for COVID-19, resulting in their removal from the game.

- Kenny & Kaycee Clark are the second pair of siblings to compete on a season together, that did not compete on Battle of the Bloodlines, following Liz & Julia Nolan. They are followed by AJ & Curtis Pritchard.
- Kenny and Kaycee are the only contestants to return to the game after being removed for medical reasons.
