A fierce competitor and a seasoned athlete, Emily is thrilled to be appearing on The Challenge. She shares, "I love competition and I've wanted to do this forever. I am so ready to be here!" Emily's enthusiasm may be dampened when she learns that she'll be living with her Real World: D.C. roommate Ty once again. After hooking up with Ty, her time in D.C. was plagued by the constant stress that their relationship brought to the house. Will the chaotic couple's turbulent past continue to haunt Emily or will they be able to put the past behind them so she can focus on the game?

Emily and Ty's relationship began on Real World: D.C. Ty recalls, "When I first saw Emily, I was immediately attracted to her and we ended up hooking up for a pretty long time. But eventually, our love turned completely to hate." That hate culminated with Emily spitting in his face. Later on Cutthroat, a prank by Emily set Ty off and caused him to trash Emily's bed in a fit of anger. And when Ty lost his Cutthroat elimination, his then - teammate Emily declared that she hoped to never be on a team with Ty again. However, on Battle of the Exes, Ty will be Emily's one and only teammate -- and it has Emily worried, as she explains, "Ty has the build and the muscles, but that's all for show. When he gets down to it, he never follows through. I don't even know if we're going to make it past one challenge!" We'll see if these bickering exes can best Emily's grim prediction.

Heads turned and jaws dropped when one of the game's most fearless players was teamed with a total bundle of nerves. The last time these two competed together, Emily sent Paula home from Battle of the Exes. However, a win still eludes Emily, while Paula arrives at the house as the defending Rivals champion. Emily relates, "Paula is a nut case. She is panicky and stressful. But she knows how to win a Final. She's done it before and that's something I can't say." Paired with such a huge physical threat, Paula already feels like she hit the jackpot when it comes to Rivals II, remarking, "I literally could not ask for a better partner. She is all quads and traps and muscles. She's like a lost X-Man or something." This veteran pair may have what it takes to compete in a Final, but they have to contend with a target on their backs from the moment they enter the game.
