I disagree. I bought a Ryobi chemical sprayer that had a crease in the spray wand. I called immediately and the CS rep pulled the part number, took my name and mailing address and told me it would arrive in about a week. Took only three days.

It’s been excellent used it a few times on guard rail and to use out in the field with adjustable settings benefits from using less torque for battery use

Yes received mine last week it’s not recommended to use chrome van Bladium sockets use black oxide they take impacts better they won’t break
