Before You Begin

Things you need to know:

only eLICENSING administrators may add and remove account users.

administrators can add or change users by logging in and selecting "Manage Your Account".

businesses may have more than one eLICENSING administrator, and we recommend one be an owner or corporate officer.

You will need to update your eLICENSING administrator if:

the email address for the current administrator has changed,

you want to add an additional administrator, or

you want to replace the existing administator.

Authorized Requestor

Before processing an administrator access change, we validate the request by comparing the information you submit to the information in your account. This account information includes names of authorized requestors and email addresses.

Authorized requestors include the following:

current administrator,

license contact person,

owner, or

corporate officer.

IMPORTANT

Each account user must have a unique email address to access eLICENSING, eTAG, webDEALER or webSALVAGE. Shared or duplicate email addresses cannot be used.

An account user can use the same email address to access eLICENSING, eTAG, webDEALER, and webSALVAGE.

Changing an account user’s access in eLICENSING will not affect the user’s access to eTAG, webDEALER, and webSALVAGE.
