Eternum: Passive Walkthrough
A downloadable mod for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android
The adult game Eternum can be quite punishing at times. If you don't like to miss out on lewds or even entire segments, your options are either playing multiple times or using a walkthrough.
This is not a usual walkthrough mod: By simply giving feedback after you made a choice, not before, you will still make your own decisions. But should you ever have a moment of poor judgement, this mod will nudge you back on track.

Cold (The Log)
The log records every choice you make. Insignificant or ideal choices get filtered out and critically bad choices get highlighted. So, if you're wondering how you lost Dalia's path, a quick glance at the log should give you the answer. You decide how often you access the log, but if you tend to do it often, I have something even better for you:
Hot (Butterfly)
With this module enabled, you will get an audiovisual cue whenever you just made a suboptimal decision. If you want to be 100% safe, you should always rewind after such a cue. If you don't rewind right away, the cue remains on screen to remind you to rewind later, in case you want to explore your "bad choice" a bit more. ...Though you can also dismiss the cue and stay true to your choice, it's up to you.
Continuous Updates
With each new public release of Eternum, I will release a matching update of this mod at the exact same time. The mod version always indicates which Eternum version it is compatible with, e.g. "0.7.5m2" means that it is the second mod version that was built for Eternum 0.7.5. As of now, only English language versions of the game are supported.

Right now, the mod only works with the unmodified, English version of the game. I've taken note of your interest, maybe there will be support for Chinese in the future, but I can't make any promises.
I move the desired file to the “game” folder, go into the game, press N 5 times and nothing happens. I downloaded the official and latest version of the game.
Are you clicking on the big N of "Eternum" on the title screen or are you pressing the N key on our keyboard? Because you need to do the former. It had to be something that also works on touchscreens :P
If you go to the preferences and see a set of options called "Passive Walkthrough", you can be quite certain that the mod installation was successful.

Okay, thanks! My initial guess would be that either your game files or the mod files are corrupted somehow. If you haven't tested it yet, uninstall the mod again and see if the game runs without it. If you see the same error, the game files are prbly corrupted and you need to redownload them, make sure that the zip you've downloaded is about 7.5 GB large.
If the game runs fine without the mod, then I'd ask you to do the same thing, but with the mod this time. Redownload it and make sure the zip is about 29 MB large, then try installing the mod again and see if that worked.

The mod is great and spoiler free, really useful. So thank you.
But i seem to have a problem. From the screenshot you have shared we can see a lot of choices being logged after version 0.1, but when i opened my log box, only the Intro option (with the pregnancy content) was logged....other than that no other options were logged. Will this result in a problem in the future? Plz help
Thanks for the kind words! No, what you're experiencing is completely normal. As you can see, most of the entries you see in the screenshot are white (not grey), which means that the player made a suboptimal choice there. If they had made better decisions, these entries wouldn't exist. So if you don't have them in your log, that means you're doing well!
This was an intentional design choice, to help you focus on what's most important. I assume that most players make the best choices most of the time. If every single choice had an entry in the log, it would be a lot more chaotic.

And i also did wonder if it every recorded every single choice then it would become difficult to find out where we went wrong. So, good thinking on that part.

There is a mod manual included with the mod files, it has installation instructions. If that's not enough, tell me which version you're using and the issues you're having, I'll try to help.
