唐津旅行のメインはこちらの洋々閣さんへ。
全体的にシンプルで、素材のお味が活きる調味。
特筆すべき一品がある、というより全てが一定レベル以上に美味しいコースでした。
何より、隆太窯の器を使って供されるため、器好きには堪りません。
この器にこの料理を合わせるのか、という新鮮な驚きがあり、とても楽しい。

八寸はついついお酒が進むお味。特に刀根柿の白和絵が美味しかったです。
椀はむちっとした葛豆腐にすっぽんの身が入っており、すっぽんの旨みがじわり。お出汁も良いお味です。
お刺身は大変美味しく、石鯛は身がコリコリ、イカは細かく包丁が入れてあり甘味を楽しめました。
かますの幽庵焼も油がのっており、しっかりとした食べ応え。
賀茂茄子の酒盗餡は少しチーズのような風味で、とろとろと甘い茄子との相性抜群です。
舞茸の南部揚げは細かなパン粉と胡麻で香ばしい風味があり、バリバリと頂きます。
牛蒸しシャブは食べかけの写真ですが、えのきを巻いた牛肉が本来は2つとヤングコーン、ドライトマトと共に。
ごまダレと、しゃっくりとしたえのき、牛がなかなか合うのです。
ドライトマトも甘くて美味しい。こういったサイドのものも美味しいのが素晴らしい。
最後にご飯と赤だしの味噌汁、香の物。
香の物に小さな瓢箪があったのですが、これが大変美味しかった。味噌汁には細かく切った油揚げが入っており、赤だしとよく合います。
水物は梨と水羊羹でした。
朝ご飯は、有田焼の器で供されます。

麦粥と白ご飯両方を頂きました。
佃煮やちりめんじゃこがしっかり美味しい。
茶碗蒸しと干物は後から温かいものが供されます。
トマトも湯剥きされており好印象です。
お部屋からの中庭の景色も素晴らしく、お庭も綺麗に手入れされていました。
