久しぶりに梅田に勤める夫と待ち合わせして、大人のための和食を頂いてきました♪
堂島はOL時代に働いていた懐かしい場所ですが、最近はランチで北新地に訪れる機会が増えました。
今回は夜の懐石料理を予約してアニバーサリーで訪れました。
店内は接待やグループで使えるお座敷、個室、テーブルのあるお部屋があります。
個室は2名から利用でき、宴会は30名の大広間がありゆったり寛げる造りになっています。
日本最古の湯、有馬温泉の「中の坊瑞苑」の直営店ということもあり、純和風の店内は落ち着きと高級感が感じられます。
高級料理旅館ならではのサービスは終始、心和む時間が過ごせます。
月替わりの懐石から「宝石皿懐石」をオーダー。
ベテラン料理長の目利きにかなった食材を究極の技と芸術的な盛り付けで楽しませてもらえます。
食前酒は山桃ワイン。甘くて香りの良いもの。
先付けの玉子豆腐は繊細で優しいお味。
鰻・海老・湯葉のトッピングと旨みたっぷりのジュレがよく絡んでいます。
煮物椀はダシのいい香りに包まれます。
肉厚の「のどぐろ」を酒焼きにしていて、ホロリと口の中でほどけていきます。
「宝石皿八寸」は一番楽しみにしていたもの。
ひとつひとつ丁寧に仲居さんの説明が添えられ、テンションMAXになっちゃいますv(*'-^*)bぶいっ♪
ローストビーフ・鮎のオイルサーディン・太刀魚の独活巻き・・・etc。
どれから食べようか本当に迷っちゃう・・・(*≧m≦*)
和食の優しく滋味深いものから、洗練された技術が光り、40種以上を使っているという野菜に魅了されます。
真珠に見立てた長芋や南京をリングにしたり、馬鈴薯の輪っかをつなげ鎖状にしたもの・・・。
続々と見事な創作料理ばかりで食べる前にしばし眺めてしまいます。。。
お気に入りは「鯛カダイフ揚」。サクサクの衣は初めて食べる食感です。
パン粉の代わりに使っているのは「カダイフ」。
(カダイフ=トルコで使われている小麦粉でできた細い麺状の衣)
涼しげなガラスの器で供される「海鮮湯葉蒸し」はゴージャスそのもの!!
透明感のある盛り付けは「徳島鮑・帆立網焼・ウニ・いくら」がぎっしり。
お腹がいっぱいでもちゅるんと軽く入っちゃいます。
透き通る緑色をした「鯖棒寿し」美しい♪
鮮度抜群の鯵と酢飯の甘さが旨味をさらに引き立てます。
にうめんは「鱧のスープ仕立て」。
鱧の美味しさをまるごと味わえるスープになっています。
デザートは「天の川」をイメージしたもので「南京」を象り、星をちりばめられています。
水羊羹は甘さを控え、絹ごしのように口どけなめらか。
ピオーネ、パパイヤ、スイカなどの素材そのものの酸味が食後にピッタリです(*^m^*)
最初から最後まで美味しくて・・・お料理の美しさに魅了されっぱなしでした(o^-^o)
大都会の喧騒を完全に忘れてしまうほど幸せな時間を過ごすことができました。
