約3000坪の自然林庭園に佇む和風温泉旅館。
あちこち寄り道をしながらもチェックイン時刻より早めに着いてしまいましたが、快くお迎えいただき感謝です( ⁎ᴗ ᴗ⁎).*·
四季の移ろいを感じる日本庭園が望めるロビーにて、お抹茶と和菓子で寛ぎ、情緒豊かな風情を楽しみながら、先ずはホッと一息です。
客室は全11室。
夕食・朝食共にお部屋出しでゆっくり寛げるのが醍醐味ということもあり選んだ宿でもありましたが、その一方で肝心なお料理のクオリティは部屋食でも大丈夫かな?という不安も一部ありました。
しかし、それを覆す素晴らしいお料理の数々…感動の連続でした(ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*.✧
季節の食材を用いた懐石料理は味はもちろん、盛り付けやしつらい、目でも楽しませてくれる演出。
そして、熱いものは熱く…
これって私の中ではかなり重要で部屋食でこのレベルには得も言われぬ感動を覚えました。
毎月テーマを決めて吟味を重ねた懐石コースは素晴らしいの一言!
十一月の吟味特撰は
『伊勢海老吉野揚とフォアグラ和栗出汁』
旬の伊勢海老に葛を打ってサッと吉野揚にされた伊勢海老の身はふっくらと中はレア!
表面香ばしく焼かれたフォアグラ、それを受け止めるのは和栗出汁。
香り豊かで優しい甘みと和栗の風味が広がってたまらない美味しさ♬.*゚
最後まで熱々のまま楽しめ、独創性を感じる、最高のメインディッシュでした。

お水が美味しいからなのかな?
白ご飯がとにかく美味しくて、朝食では土鍋炊きの白米が提供されるのですが、これだけでもう立派なごちそう!
朝から元気になれる朝食にも大満足です。
お料理はもちろんのこと、当然仲居さんの接客ぶりは丁寧で親切。
過度な負担のない柔軟なお心遣いは私たち夫婦には大変居心地良く、特別な時間を過ごすことができました。
雰囲気、サービス、全てにおいて素晴らしいお宿でした。
