- Handle your Google Quick Switch Adapter with care. You may damage the Google Quick Switch Adapter if you disassemble, drop, bend, burn, crush, or puncture your Google Quick Switch Adapter. Do not use the Google Quick Switch Adapter if it is damaged. If using the Quick Switch Adapter for charging function, be sure the cable, power adapter, and Google Quick Switch Adapter are well ventilated when in use. Using a damaged Google Quick Switch Adapter or power adapter, or charging when moisture or debris is present, may cause overheating, fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to your Google Quick Switch Adapter, or other property. Do not expose the Quick Switch Adapter to liquids, which can cause a short circuit and overheating. If the Quick Switch Adapter gets wet, do not attempt to dry it using an external heat source. Do not use the Quick Switch Adapter for charging when wet or in direct sunlight. Your Google Quick Switch Adapter is designed to operate in a dry, indoor environment and not built for outdoor use. Your Google Quick Switch Adapter works best in ambient temperatures between 32° and 95° F (0° and 35° C) and should be stored between ambient temperatures of -4° and 113° F (-20° and 45° C). Do not expose the Google Quick Switch Adapter to temperatures above 113° F (45° C) as this may damage the Google Quick Switch Adapter and pose a risk of fire.
- When using this Quick Switch Adapter for charging function, the Quick Switch Adapter must be used with compatible charging accessories available on the Google Store or at Google authorized resellers (look for Googleâs âmade forâ badge). Failure to use compatible charging accessories can cause fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to the Google Quick Switch Adapter and the accessories.
- Do not place metallic or magnetic objects on the exposed pins of the charger when it is plugged in, as this could cause heating of the object or charger.

Dispose of and transport your Quick Switch Adapter according to local environmental and transportation regulations. Do not dispose of it in normal household waste. For more information on recycling your Quick Switch Adapter, visit g.co/HWRecyclingProgram.
