About premium print series

You can have 10 photos printed on 4x6 inch card stock and sent to you every month. Photos are selected based on photo attributes and preferences, and you have the control to edit and swap photos before they ship, or skip a month.

Important:
  • Prints are only shipped within the US and take 10 to 14 business days under Economy shipping. Shipments can be tracked through UPS until they are transferred to your local post office for delivery. The shipping cost on all orders is included in the subscription cost and can't be changed or expedited. Tax isn't included.
  • Some features aren’t available in all states.

How monthly selection works

When you sign up, you can set your preferences and choose how to customize your prints. Each month, we’ll automatically email you a link with 10 photos to review and edit, if you’d like.

Important: You have 5 days to replace or edit the photos we select for you. If you don’t make any changes to your suggestions, these prints will be included in your order. During the 5-day review period, an authorization charge is temporarily applied to your payment method. After your prints are shipped, the monthly charge will be applied.

After the review period, we’ll send another email to confirm that the photos have been printed.

How your photos are selected

Based on your preferences, 10 of your photographs from your Google Photos account are automatically selected. We also use photo categories such as the ones below to make the selection:

  • Favorite photos
  • Recently edited photos
  • Upload time
  • Resolution quality
  • Duplicate photos
  • Featured people and pets (not available for all users)
How to customize your prints

Important: Once you receive your monthly selection email, you have 5 days to change your selected photos.

There are several ways to customize your prints.

  • Paper finish: Select matte or glossy paper finish options.
  • Print border: Choose whether to have a one-eighth inch (3.175 millimeters) Border around all of your monthly prints or select No border.
  • Back of print: Add the date on the back of your prints and/or make each print a postcard.

Customize your selected photos from your computer:

  1. Open Google Photos.
  2. Select Print store and then Premium print series.
  3. At the bottom of the page, under Subscription Settings, select the option you would like to customize:
    • Print options
    • Featured people
    • Shipping and payment
Review or change selected photos

Important: Once you receive your monthly selection email, you have 5 days to change your selected photos.

  1. Review your selected photos.
    • From your notification email, click Review photos.
    • From your browser:
      1. Open Google Photos.
      2. Click Print store .
      3. At the bottom of the page, select Premium print series.
      4. Under “Upcoming deliveries,” select Review.
  2. Replace or edit your selected photos.
    • To replace a selection:
      1. Under the photo, click Replace.
      2. From the preview screen, click on the replacement photo.
    • To edit a selection, under the photo, click Edit Edit.
  3. In the review screen, after you’ve made any replacements or edits, click Save.
Cancel your premium print series

Important: If you cancel on the last day of the review window or after your review window has ended, you will be charged for that month. For example, if your review window starts on the 15th and ends on the 20th, you have until the 19th to cancel to and not be charged. If you cancel on the 20th, the cancelation will take effect the next month.

You can cancel your premium print series at any time.

  1. On your computer, open Google photos.
  2. Click Print store .
  3. On the bottom, click Premium print series.
  4. Under “Subscription settings,” click Cancel service.
  5. On the confirmation dialog, click Cancel.
  6. Click Cancel premium print series and then Confirm.

Tip: When you cancel your premium print series, your preferences are deleted. You can sign up again, but you’ll have to reset your preferences.

How to skip a month 

Skip a month to pause delivery. If you skip a month, you won’t be charged for that month and prints and payments will resume next month. You can only skip one month at a time, and only during the 5-day review window.

  1. On your computer, open Google Photos.
  2. Click Print store  and then Premium print series.
  3. Under “Subscription settings,” click Cancel service.
  4. On the confirmation dialog, click Cancel.
  5. Select Skip this month and then Confirm.

Manage your order

Change your shipping address 
  • Changes made during or after the 5-day photo review period will go into effect the next month.
  • For the first month’s order, you have two hours after you initially subscribe to make changes to your shipping address.
  1. On your computer, open Google Photos.
  2. Click Print store and then Premium print series.
  3. Under “Settings” at the bottom of the page, click Shipping & Payment.
  4. To change the shipping address, click Edit.
  5. Update your shipping address.
  6. When you're satisfied with your updates, click Save.

Change your payment method 

Changes made during or after the 5-day photo review period will go into effect the next month.

  1. On your computer, open Google Photos.
  2. Click Print store and then Premium print series.
  3. Under “Settings” at the bottom of the page, click Shipping & Payment.
  4. Next to the saved payment method, click Edit.
  5. Update your payment method.
  6. When you're satisfied with your updates, click Save.

Check your order status
  1. On your computer, open Google photos.
  2. Click Print store and then Premium print series.
  3. Under “Past orders,” click Track to view order status.
Report a missing or damaged print 

If your print never arrived within the expected delivery window or you received a damaged print, contact us. Damage includes shipping-related damages or any other physical flaws.

  1. On your computer, open Google photos.
  2. Click Print store and then Premium print series.
  3. Under "Past orders," select the order you want to contact us about.
  4. On the details page, click Contact support.

Tip: The “contact support” link is also available on your confirmation email or receipt from your package.
