  • Give feature requests and suggestions.
  • Report something that doesn’t work, such as errors or product bugs.

Important:

  • To help us understand your feedback, include details and a screenshot. The more info you include in your feedback, the more helpful it is for us.
  • To include device logs, when prompted, tap Allow one-time access. These logs help us when you report a technical issue. Learn how to manage device logs on Android.
  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app .
  2. At the top left, tap Menu  and then  Send feedback and then Get started.
  3. Tap Report an issue or Make a suggestion.
  4. Describe your issue or suggestion.
    • A screenshot of the last used screen is taken automatically.
  5. Optional: Choose if you want to include a screenshot. 
    • To highlight or hide parts of the screenshot, tap Highlight or hide info.
    • If you don’t want to include the screenshot, tap Remove the attached screenshot .
  6. Confirm if you want us to email you for more information or updates.
  7. Tap Continue.
