Property suspensions

In Hotel Center, you can view the list of properties that were suspended and the reason why these properties were suspended.

You can also re-submit the suspended properties for re-evaluation after making changes to them or if you disagree with the reason for suspension.

View your suspended properties

The Suspended properties tab lists your properties that have been suspended. It displays information about the suspension and the issues found during the investigation.

To view your suspended properties:

  1. In your Hotel Center, select Properties.
  2. Click Suspended properties.

Submit re-evaluation requests

If one or more of your properties have been suspended, you can view the suspended properties in the Hotel Center and request that Google perform a re-evaluation to remove them from the list of suspended properties.

To submit a request for re-evaluation:

  1. In your Hotel Center, select Properties.
  2. Click Suspended properties.
  3. Select the Currently suspended tab. Hotel Center displays a list of suspended hotels.
  4. Find the property you want to have re-evaluated and click Request re-evaluation.
  5. (Recommended) Add a note to submit with the re-evaluation request.
  6. Click Submit.

The re-evaluation process usually takes up to 2-3 weeks to complete.

Note: You aren’t required to request re-evaluation for properties that were suspended for consistent inaccurate prices. These properties are periodically validated and removed from the suspension list after the prices are updated. Learn more about improving price accuracy.

Check re-evaluation request status

You can also check the status of the re-evaluation request under the “Waiting for re-evaluation” tab.

If your requests for re-evaluation were approved, properties will be removed from the list of suspended hotels, otherwise the re-evaluation will be rejected and the property will remain suspended.

To check the status on your suspended properties:

  1. In your Hotel Center, select Properties.
  2. Click Suspended properties.
  3. Select the Waiting for re-evaluation tab. Hotel Center displays a list of properties for which you have submitted re-evaluation requests. Each property's status is displayed as "Pending", "Suspended", or "Not suspended" in the "Status" column:
    • Pending: The re-evaluation request is currently being processed.
    • Not suspended: The re-evaluation request has been processed and the property was removed from the suspended hotels list.
    • Suspended: When the property was re-evaluated, the listing continued to show inaccurate data or the request was rejected for another reason. The property remains suspended. Check your listing's data again before requesting another re-evaluation.
