Update on the move to Impression Share bid strategy

Last year, we announced that Target Search Page Location and Target Outranking Share bid strategies would no longer be available for new campaigns. Over the next few weeks, existing campaigns using these strategies will automatically switch over to use the Target Impression Share strategy based on previous target locations and historical impression share.
