Change event color set & density in Google Calendar

In Google Calendar, you can customize the appearance of your events. You can change the color of the event text and adjust the spacing between events.

Important:

• These settings are only available when you use Google Calendar on your computer.
• To change the color set, set your background to “Light.” Learn how to change the background.

1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.
2. At the top right, click Settings Appearance.
3. Select a color set:
   • Modern (with white text)
   • Classic (with black text)
4. Select a density setting:
   • Responsive to your screen: Your calendar resizes to fit your screen.
   • Compact: Borders and spaces are narrower in your calendar.
