The quickest way to find out if your property meets the prerequisites is to try to create this audience. If you're eligible, predictive audiences will be available.
Create the audience
- In In Admin, under Data display, click Audiences.
Note: The previous link opens to the last Analytics property you accessed. You can change the property using the property selector. You must be a Marketer or above at the property level to create the audience.
- Click New audience.
- Under Suggested Audiences, go to Predictive and select Likely 7-day purchasers.
If Likely 7-day purchasers is grayed out and marked "Not eligible to use" your property doesn't yet meet the prerequisites for predictive metrics.
