Apple Account email addresses and phone numbers

To sign in to your Apple Account, you can use any email or phone number on file for your account, and your password.

To view or edit the email addresses and phone numbers you can use to sign in, do any of the following:

• On your Mac: Choose Apple menu > System Settings, click your name at the top of the sidebar, then click Sign-In & Security.

  If you don’t see Sign-In & Security, click Name, Phone Numbers, Email.

• On your iPhone or iPad: Go to Settings > [your name] > Sign-In & Security.

  If you don’t see Sign-In & Security, tap Name, Phone Numbers, Email.

• Online: Go to account.apple.com, sign in, select Sign-In and Security (if it isn’t already selected), then select Email & Phone Numbers.
