A downloadable game for Windows

Symphony of empires is a free, open-source real-time grand strategy game set in 1825. It aims to emulate the politics of the Victorian Era, providing an immersive experience managing the economic, political and military aspects of a historical country, guiding it to domination.

Additionally, it also has the potential to be used as a game engine for other eras - it also allows for total map overhauls which means fantasy maps can be created with the game out-of-the-box.

does not work, I cannot open the program as it says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

which is unfortunate as the game looks good.

did the game generate a log.txt file? if so - send the most relevant info - otherwise if it didn't what are your specs?

Don't know how to check for a a log.txt file however all I see "gamename".exe tabs. A black console and the actual game window that's all white. Then a small tab displaying what my first comment was about, It seems almost fine but I cannot identify the problem.

I know my specs are bad but this game didn't seem that much of a problem.
