This resulted in some users experiencing an unresponsive user interface for approximately 15 minutes before latency returned to normal. Since then we have been monitoring our metrics, and don't see any indicators of a prolonged issue or a clear cause of the original spike. Please note that our APIs were not affected.<br /><br />Due to the nature of the issue, we had to perform item reindexing across all projects to ensure full functionality, which has now been completed in all regions.
