The title of this article is conjectural.

Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

According to one account, a young Human female served as the Emperor's Voice[2] at some point between 3950 BBY and several years before 3640 BBY.[1] As a Voice of the Sith Emperor, their body hosted the Emperor's power and consciousness, being used to issue the Sith Empire leader's commands to his servants.[2] At the time of the Human's death, as with all the Voices before them, their body was abandoned by the Emperor's essence, which left to take a new host.[3]

Behind the scenes[]

The Human female was mentioned in the Codex entry for the Voice of the Emperor in Star Wars: The Old Republic, a video game released by BioWare in 2011.[2]

Notes and references[]

  1. 1.0 1.1 Since Star Wars: The Old Republic Encyclopedia states that the Emperor's Voice position was established in 3950 BBY, the Human female must have lived and served as the Voice after that year. SWTOR mini Star Wars: The Old Republic — Imperial Agent Mission: "The Prophecy of the Shining Man" on Voss establishes that the Shining Man made a deal with the Three for the Voss to remain neutral for a total of three thousand days, and also establishes that at the time of Act III in Star Wars: The Old Republic, there are still "a few years" remaining in those three thousand days. The Shining Man arrived on Voss only a matter of months after the planet was discovered, meaning that the planet's discovery took place less than eight years prior to Act III, the events of which can be placed in 3640 BBY. Finally, SWTOR mini Star Wars: The Old Republic — Sith Warrior Mission: "Request An Audience" on Voss establishes that the Voss host for the Emperor was taken simultaneously with the planet's discovery. SWTOR mini Star Wars: The Old Republic — Codex: "The Voice of the Emperor (Warrior)" is set during Act III, and SWTOR mini Star Wars: The Old Republic — Sith Warrior Mission: "The Voice of Darkness" on Voss establishes that the Voss remained as the Voice until Act III. Therefore, the Human female served as the Voice and died several years before 3640 BBY.
