A starshipwright, also known as a shipwright for short or shipbuilder,[1] was any being skilled in the craft of building and maintaining starships. The Mon Calamari were known as master shipwrights.
The Verpine were considered to be natural shipbuilders due to their innate love and knowledge of technology.[1]
