Biull Sangtwo was a Human male from the planet Narg. A farmer, he ran a scam with the protocol droid RT-56/X whereby they would convince offworlders to purchase the droid for a small fee with the intention of reselling it at a higher price. Once the deal was done, the droid would slip away and return to Sangtwo.
