COVID-19
COVID-19 Vaccinations will be required for all our 2022 conferences.
We are taking the COVID-19 Pandemic seriously, and will only run in-person conferences when we can do so safely. This includes the following:
1. Attendees must be Vaccinated
All attendees must be fully vaccinated by the time of any in-person conference — 2 weeks after your second shot. A booster dose is not needed to meet this requirement. For our New York conference, we are following the CDC.
In case you have any questions, feel free to reach out to [email protected].
Whilst we are very happy and excited to be planning events where we can learn together in-person once again, we know that the Covid-19 pandemic is not over. All attendees, speakers, partners, and staff must be vaccinated. Between local, venue, and company policies, this will be enforced. Information as how to show and prove your vaccine status will be available before the event. International vaccine certificates will be accepted.
2. Social Distancing and Safety Measures
Additional social distancing guidelines and safety measures will be enforced. There will be hand washing stations, masks will be available, all food & drinks will be individually contained, and we will still encourage social distancing, both in the lobby as well as by blocking off seats in the theatre, especially for those who don’t feel comfortable!
3. Symptoms or Exposed?
We will allow refunds for anyone who develops COVID-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to a positive case of COVID-19 in the days leading up to the conference.
No event is worth your health, or the health of others. If you develop any COVID-19 symptoms before the event, or if you have been exposed in the 72 hours previous, you will not be allowed to attend and be entitled to a full refund.
Your and our safety
We will never run a conference if we feel the situation is unsafe for speakers, attendees, and staff, and we will take additional, appropriate measures where necessary. Of course, we will keep you informed as the situation develops in terms of how our team is responding.
Questions?
Finally, if you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at any time.
And of course, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
