Deutsch: „[…] daß das Bundeswappen auf goldgelbem Grund den einköpfigen schwarzen Adler zeigt, den Kopf nach rechts gewendet, die Flügel offen, aber mit geschlossenem Gefieder, Schnabel, Zunge und Fänge von roter Farbe. Wird der Bundesadler ohne Umrahmung dargestellt, so sind das gleiche Bild und die gleichen Farben wie beim Adler im Bundeswappen zu verwenden, doch sind die Spitzen des Gefieders nach außen gerichtet.“
