Thank so much, Monique!! I love duck confit also so this was a no-brainer recipe to try - especially since we had it at Lindsay and Bob's Thanksgiving last year. I will keep all my fingers and toes crossed that nothing happens to interfere with your family Christmas this year! We had absolutely no reaction to the booster shot other than a sore arm.
