CARTER, Linda D., (81) of North Chesterfield, Virginia went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 14, 2023. She is survived by her son, Woodrow Wayne Carter (Patricia); grandson, Austin Carter; sister, Elsie Mae Fox; niece, Michelle Hockaday; and numerous additional nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, August 20 at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd., N. Chesterfield, VA 23234. Linda's graveside service will take place at 11 a.m. on Monday, August 21 at Riverview Cemetery, 1401 S. Randolph St., Richmond, VA 23220.
