コヒーランスをご存知ですか？

Coherenceを物理用語の「コヒーレンス」ではなく、「コネクション・プラクティス（以下、コネプラ）」で学ぶ「心臓と脳が同期（シンク）している状態」に限定し、「コヒーランス」と表現しています。

森田玄ときくちゆみは、2007年と2009年にコスタリカでコネプラを学び、2014年に日本に初めてコネプラを伝えました。それを学んだ人々の驚くべき変容と効果に驚き、感動し続けています。

コロナや気候変動、地震、ウクライナやパレスチナ情勢などで多くの人が苦難や不安の中にいる今、コヒーランスで心に平安を取り戻し、平和と感謝のエネルギーを共に地球に送りましょう。

みんなで「ハート知性」に繋がり、コヒーランスで地球平和を創る試み「広島グローバルピースコヒーランス」。

2024年からは春分と秋分に広島から発信します。広島からオンラインで世界中の人々とつながる年２回のイベントも今回第13回目。

当日はコネプラ創始者・RFI（ラスールファンデーション・インターナショナル）CEOのリタ・マリー・ジョンソンがオープニングのコヒーランスをリードします。そしてハートマス研究所副所長で主任研究員のロリン・マクラティ博士をゲストスピーカーとして迎えます。

グループコヒーランスを実践すると、心の落ち着きや心身の健やかさが増すことに留まらず、そのエネルギーを周囲に広げて平和や健やかさを地球規模で創造することに貢献できる可能性があります。私たちは世界中でグループコヒーランスが実践されることを目指して、2030年まで練習を重ねるつもりです。

当日は心拍変動（HRV）を計測して脳と心臓を同期させる（コヒーランスにする）ソフトウェア「Inner Balance（インナーバランス）」を使って、自分の脳と心臓が同期しているかどうかを計測します。

昨今ではオランダ警察が導入し、すでに６万人以上の警察官がハートマストレーニングを受けて成果をあげています。また長年にわたり世界トップレベルのオリンピック選手やプロアスリート、ビジネスマンもコヒーランステクニックを活用してパフォーマンスを向上させています。

米国NPO「ラスール・ファンデーション・インターナショナル（RFI）」代表のリタ・マリー・ジョンソンは、軍隊を持たないコスタリカに平和を求めて移住し、「コネクション・プラクティス」を開発しました。彼女はコスタリカで「司法平和省」の設立に尽力し、コネプラ認定トレーナーを養成しています。2021年には、より短時間でコネプラを学べる「コネプラ・コア」を開発し、教師、コーチ、カウンセラーなどの専門家に受け入れられています。

コネプラ認定トレーナー「ラスール*」に求められるのは、常にコヒーランスを保つこと。ラスールとその候補生、コネプラを学ぶ方がこの試みに参加して実践を重ねていただけると嬉しいです。

Guest Speakers

Rita Marie Jonson is CEO of Rasur Foundation International and Creator of Connection Practice.  She is an educator, author, speaker, and award-winning innovator.   Rita Marie Johnson has been sharing her method worldwide for almost 15 years. She discovered a synergy between empathy and insight that maximizes social-emotional intelligence, eliminates unnecessary suffering and leads to life-enriching choices.

This epiphany resulted in the Connection Practice, which works for people of all ages and from all walks of life. The Connection Practice won the Ashoka Changemakers Innovation Award: Building a More Ethical Society, chosen from 79 projects in 32 countries in 2015. Author of the award winning and Amazon bestseller book, "Completely Connected" and "Return of Rasur".

Rollin McCraty, Ph.D. is executive vice president and director of research of HeartMath Institute. McCraty is director of research and project coordinator of the Global Coherence Monitoring System. He has been with HeartMath since its creation in 1991. He is a psychophysiologist and a professor at Florida Atlantic University. McCraty’s research interests include the physiology of emotion, with a focus on the mechanisms by which emotions influence cognitive processes, behavior and health. He and his team regularly participate in studies with scientific, medical and educational institutions worldwide. McCraty has written extensively and been widely published in his areas of scientific interest. He holds numerous memberships, including with the American Autonomic Society, Pavlovian Society, National Association for Psychological Science, Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback and Society for Scientific Exploration.
