	For assistance, contact us at [email protected], by phone at (949) 824-6124, or visit our office from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., M–F. Add/Drop/Change cards will no longer be used for most undergraduate courses during the first two weeks of instruction. Instead, EAD (Electronic Add/Drop) will be implemented for nearly all undergraduate courses. As a result, most enrollment changes during the first two weeks of instruction will now be made through WebReg only. These changes DO NOT apply to graduate courses or undergraduate courses in the School of Social Ecology. Enrollment via WebReg ends at 5 p.m. on Friday, October 9 (end of the second week of instruction). Add/Drop/Change cards will be used from the 3rd week of instruction through the last day of instruction. Further information regarding new procedures for Add/Drop/Change requests.

Thursday and Friday, November 28 and 29: Thanksgiving Holiday; campus offices closed.

Monday, December 16, 5 p.m.: Winter 2025 registration fees due to the Central Cashier.

Thursday, December 19, 10 p.m.: Fall 2024 final grades available on StudentAccess.

Monday, December 23: Fall 2024 final grades available on official transcripts.

December 24–January 1: Winter Administrative Recess; campus offices closed.

Faculty/Staff:

Friday, December 6, 5 p.m.: Begin submitting final grades for Fall 2024 via WebGrades.

Thursday, December 19, 5 p.m.: Deadline to submit final grades for Fall 2024 via WebGrades.
