Description

This PR:

  • Adds support for --inspect flag in webdriverio provider
  • Requires to have at least one chrome project to use --inspect instead of having all chrome projects

Tests

Does Webdriverio provider pass this test now? Should we enable it for it too?

Yes! I removed the runIf check.
