When working on my previous PR (#6698), I noticed that `rolldown` has two typing systems. One is based on `valibot`, and another is based on pure TS code. These two type definitions are not binding together; one placed might change while the other placed is forgotten to change. Some examples: 1. `pifeForModuleWrappers` is defined in `validator.ts` but not in `input-options.ts`. 2. `throwIfNamespace` is boolean in `binding.d.ts` but it's `v.string()` in `validator.ts`. This PR resolves such issues by adding `const XXXSchema = v.GenericSchema(XXXType)`
