eslint rule explicitly specifies sourceType: "script", as modules execute with their own global scope

https://github.com/eslint/eslint/blob/129882d2fdb4e7f597ed78eeadd86377f3d6b078/tests/lib/rules/no-redeclare.js#L22

We can skip running this rule on moudle code ( i tested eslint's tests with sourceType: module, and non of the test cases throw errors

Can you double check https://eslint.org/docs/latest/rules/no-redeclare#builtinglobals

Note that when using sourceType: "commonjs" (or ecmaFeatures.globalReturn, if using the default parser), the top scope of a program is not actually the global scope, but rather a “module” scope. When this is the case, declaring a variable named after a builtin global is not a redeclaration, but rather a shadowing of the global variable. In that case, the no-shadow rule with the "builtinGlobals" option should be used.

    fn should_run(&self, ctx: &ContextHost) -> bool {
        // Modules run in their own scope, and don't conflict with existing globals
        ctx.source_type().module_kind() == ModuleKind::Script
    }

So this rule will only run for .cjs and .cts.

yeah i believe this change now follows that spec

ModuleKind comes from here, which is retrieved from the file extension

Cjs | Cts => ModuleKind::Script,
